Chances are, your phone is compatible with our service. Check your IMEI It’s a unique 15-digit number tied to your phone, used to check if it’s eligible, unlocked and ready for activation. to be 100% sure.
Your IMEI can be carrier-locked if bought via that carrier. If you bought it unlocked or used it on a different network, it’s likely unlocked.
Your SIM Type
Physical SIM or eSIM
You ordered a Physical SIM. This means you'll physically insert the SIM into your phone when your line is active.
Prefer eSIM? Instead of inserting the SIM, you can scan a QR code to activate your line. If you like this route, check your device's IMEI to see if it's eSIM compatible.
Your Number
Keep your current number or get a new number
Want a new number? No problem—choose this option during activation and we’ll guide you through it.
You can always pick a new number now and port your old number later if you change your mind.
To keep your existing phone number, please have the following ready:
- Current phone number
- Name of current carrier (e.g., Verizon, Mint, AT&T)
- Account number
- Transfer PIN (or “Number Transfer PIN”)
- Billing ZIP code
Follow these quick steps to locate the details needed for number transfer:
- Carrier Name: Start by identifying your current carrier.
- Account Number: You can find it on your bill or in your online account.
- PIN: Usually available in your carrier app under “Port Out” or “Number Transfer PIN.” Chat support can help too.
Tip:
Don't deactivate your old line until the port completes—turning it off early can delay your transfer.
