eSIM:

  2. Scan in the app and follow steps

Physical SIM:

  1. Open the app and complete the activation process.
  2. Insert the SIM once activation is confirmed

Send and receive a message to check your SMS/MMS functionality:

  • Text someone you know and get a reply
  • Send a picture message (MMS)
  • Confirm delivery notifications appear
Use Mobile Data • Confirm your internet connection

Open a website or app to verify your data is working.

  • Load a webpage or refresh an app
  • Stream a video or music
  • Run a quick speed test to check your connection quality
⚙️ Extra Checks • Enhance your service performance
  • Restart your phone if needed to ensure all services are active
  • If your signal is weak, toggle Airplane Mode off and on to reconnect​

Great! Here’s what to do:
  1. Download the That’s My Mobile app
    Get it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Activate your service
    Follow the onscreen instructions to complete setup.
  3. Insert your SIM or set up eSIM
    Once activation is complete, insert the SIM or follow eSIM steps.
I need help porting my number

Have this info from your current carrier:

  • Account number
  • Transfer PIN/password
  • Billing ZIP code
Important: Porting typically takes a few hours, though it may occasionally take 1–2 business day. Please keep your old line active until the transfer completes.
I need to insert a physical SIM

Steps to insert your SIM:

  1. Power off your phone.
  2. Eject the SIM tray using the tool. (usually on the side)
  3. Fit the SIM into the tray (gold side down, notch matched), then reinsert the tray.
  4. Power on and wait for signal bars.
Tip: A paperclip works if no SIM tool handy.
I need to enable an eSIM

You can set it up using either method below:

🔷 Option 1: Using your computer
  1. Open the email with your eSIM QR code on your computer.
  2. On your phone, go to Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan.
  3. Scan the QR code displayed on your computer using your phone’s camera.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish setup.
🔷 Option 2: Using your phone only
  1. Open the eSIM QR code email on your phone.
  2. Long-press the QR image to copy/open it.
  3. Go to Settings  →  Cellular Add Cellular Plan.
  4. Choose the QR from your photos or clipboard.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete setup.
