No worries — you can get a physical SIM card instead. Visit the That'sMyMobile website to make your purchase or just reach out and we'll ship one to you. Just make sure your device isn't locked to your current carrier.
Can I keep my old number?
Yes! You can port your existing number during signup. If you chose a new number but changed your mind, contact support and we'll help you switch. The porting process usually takes 1-3 business days, and we'll guide you through it.
Do I need internet to activate eSIM?
Yes, a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is needed to download and install your eSIM profile. Once it's active, you can use your new line as usual.
How long does activation take?
Activation is quick! For eSIM, it usually takes just a few minutes after you scan the QR code. In some cases, it may take up to an hour — you'll receive a confirmation once it's ready. For pSIM, activation typically takes 15–30 minutes after you enter your SIM ID.
Will I finish activation here or in the app?
